Application Form - Long Use this if you're a completely new player, or the admin have otherwise told you to use this form, i.e. for a special character.
Application Form - Short Use this if you're an existing player who already has a character on the MUSH.
PLEASE leave the questions in the application when you send it in. This helps character staff keep track of things while processing your application. Not doing this may cause delays.
The easiest way to do this is to simply copy and paste the entire app form into Notepad or another text editor and write it from there. Thanks.
